The State of West Bengal and another None appears for the petitioner.

Records of the revisional application reflect that the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 23.03.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-IV, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in Criminal Revision No.05 of 2021 approached this Court. By the said order, the learned Sessions Judge was pleased to modify the quantum of maintenance and directed the present petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month to the wife on and from 30.05.2019. By the same order, the learned revisional/sessions court directed that the arrear maintenance should be paid in ten equal instalments and also imposed Rs.5,000/- as litigation cost.

Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned sessions court while considering the order of the learned Magistrate, I am of the opinion that no case has been made out for interference by this Court.

Accordingly, CRR 1256 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
