1. Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. No incriminating article was recovered from the petitioner. Investigation is complete. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner, namely, Pintu Sk alias Sekh shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- Signed By :
