As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Subhabrata Das, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to hand over a copy of the writ petition to learned advocate for the State.

The writ petition reflects that the information which was lastly forwarded to the administration was on 05.04.2023. More than two years have passed since then. The subject-matter of the writ petition is relating to the provisions of SARFAESI Act. If there has been no change of circumstances, the petitioner would approach the appropriate Tribunal.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9132 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
