2. Materials in the case diary suggest involvement of the petitioner in the kidnapping of the minor.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as also the fact that the petitioner is absconding for a considerable period of time, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
