This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of Title Suit No. 436 of 2014 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this court finds that the suit is at the stage of evidence.

In view thereof, CO 1251 of 2024 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 1st Court at Barasat to make an endeavour to see that Title Suit No. 436 of 2014 is disposed of as
