Learned counsel for the petitioners rightly points out that, in the judgment dated August 02, 2021, it was recorded in the 27th paragraph, at page 9 of the same, that the impugned order was passed by the "Second Court at Contai", whereas it should have been "Second Additional Court at Contai".

Let such correction be deemed to be incorporated in the judgment dated August 02, 2021.

This order be treated to be a part of the judgment dated August 02, 2021.
