The petitioner seeks a newly authenticated rate chart in respect of the subject Ferry Ghat, which was awarded in favour of the petitioner.

Briefly in or about December, 2022 an auction was held for leasing out the Baro Bermajur Ferry Ghat, wherein the petitioner had participated and was ultimately awarded the subject tender.

It is submitted on behalf of the concerned Zilla Parishad that there is no new chart which has been published or effective and the old rate chart is continuing in respect of the above works. Accordingly, the grievance of the petitioner is misplaced and misconceived.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the concerned Zilla Parishad, WPA 9941 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As Affidavits are not invited, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
