The petitioner is aggrieved that the Raina Police Station has not registered FIR in respect of a complaint dated April 27, 2022.

The Raina Police Station has submitted instructions dated 17.05.2022, addressed to the learned State Advocate. The same is taken on record.

It appears that the FIR being Raina Police Station Case No. 163 of 2022 dated May 13, 2022 has been registered under Sections 406/419/420/341/323/511/506/34 of the IPC.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIR be completed within a period of 2 months from date, mandatorily and positively. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
