One of the victims suffered injuries in the present police complaint which show that her teeth was broken. She suffered cut injury and bite marks on right elbow as well as right forearm.

Police filed charge sheet.

Considering the nature of injury suffered by the victim and in particular the bite mark, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 1645 of 2023 is dismissed.
