Mr. Purnasish Gupta, Mr. Mukul Mitra, Mr. Jayanta Mukherjee, .....for the Petitioner Report received from the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 17th Court, Calcutta in connection with complaint case No. C- 944 of 2008 reflects that Rs.3,30,000/- has been received by the complainant from the present petitioner.
Learned Magistrate has categorically stated that the subject matter of the complaint case relating to compensation has been realized by the complainant as such the complaint case was disposed of.
Having regard to the observations made by the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 17th Court, Calcutta in his order dated 4.5.2022, I am of the opinion that the present revisional application has become infructuous as there is nothing remaining for execution in respect of judgment and order passed in the complaint case. The present petitioner is no more liable in respect of any proceedings pending or subsequently initiated in connection with
complaint case no. C-944 of 2008. Any subsequent order in respect of dispute referred to would be deemed to be quashed. Accordingly, CRR 1348 of 2018 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is made absolute.
