Mr. Sakti Pada Jana Mr. Subhajyoti Das ..for the petitioner Mr. Santanu Kumar Mitra Ms. Parna Chowdhury ..for the State Mr. B.P. Vaisya Mr. Nilay Baran Mondal ..for DPSC, Kolkata Learned advocate for the State has submitted that an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- was withdrawn by the deceased teacher which was not spent for any job of the school. Therefore, 'no liability certificate' cannot be given unless the said amount is refunded to the school.

Therefore, I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) to call a meeting and to intimate the petitioner with particulars of such withdrawal of money by her husband. Such meeting is to be called within a period of three weeks from date and such intimation is also to be given to the petitioner by three weeks from such date. In the said meeting, according to the learned advocate for the State, any representative of Kolkata Primary School Council and the representative of Sarba Siksha Mission should also remain present. Let that be so. After holding the meeting the steps which are required to be taken by the petitioner is to be

intimated by the said D.I. and the petitioner will take steps accordingly. If she is dissatisfied, she may challenge the same before the said D.I. on any subsequent day but that must be within a period of four weeks from the date of such intimation. With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
