In compliance of my order dated 20.5.2022, the alleged contemnor Sri Sayantan Das is present in Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor files the report of compliance of the aforesaid order on affidavit, which may be kept with the record.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned order of this court dated 8th March, 2022 has been complied with.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the fact that the order has already been complied by the alleged contemnor though belatedly, the contempt proceedings is dropped with a warning to the alleged contemnor to give due regard to the order of the Court and never take it lightly. The Rule being WPCRC 84 of 2022 stands discharged.

The personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
