The revisional application was preferred for expeditious disposal of G. R. Case No.4238 of 2010 under Sections 341/ 325/ 384/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code relating to a case pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barrackpore. Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Having regard to the contentions advanced in the revisional application and the subsequent order passed by this Court and the passage of time which has passed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which the revisional application was preferred before this Court by this time has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 834 of 2013 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
