Ms. Papiya Chattopadhyay ... for the Petitioners This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 131 of 2010 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of copy of the revisional application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being directed, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order on the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat to dispose of Title Suit No. 131 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months

from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. C.O. 1372 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations.

No order as to costs.
