Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation with the police authorities have not been addressed in spite of the finance company flexing their muscles and repossessing the vehicle without following the due process of law.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that over the complaint of the petitioner, case was registered being Tamluk PS Case No. 411/23 dated 18.04.2023 under section 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the information furnished by the petitioner was addressed by the police authorities, I am of the view that the purpose for which the writ

petition has been filed has been subserved.

Investigating agency if not till date has taken the investigation to its logical conclusion, will put in efforts to take the investigation to its logical conclusion. Petitioner on the other hand would approach the jurisdictional court for further reliefs as the learned CJM, Tamluk presumably is in seisin of Tamluk PS Case No. 411/23.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9150 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
