1) Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 20th June, 2025 when Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that Pension Payment Order dated 3rd July, 2025 has been issued in favour of the petitioner. A copy of said Pension Payment Order dated 3rd July, 2025 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

2) In view of issuance of Pension Payment Order on 3rd July, 2025, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3) Writ petition stands disposed of.

4) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
