Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner claims that he is also known as Rahul Saha. This is a matter which requires to be established during trial. Under such circumstances we are unable to come to a conclusion that the petitioner is an Indian citizen with reference to the Voter's Identity Card standing in the name of one Rahul Saha. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
