Learned advocate representing the petitioner admits demolition of the unauthorized construction. It has been submitted that though the unauthorized construction has been demolished, but the private respondents are in the process of re-constructing it again.

Learned advocate representing the Titagarh Municipality produces photographs in support of the submission that the unauthorized construction has been demolished.

The Municipality is directed to ensure that reconstruction of the unauthorized construction at the said place does not take place in any manner whatsoever.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
