In view thereof, the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal. In this regard an original letter dated 25th January, 2023 is addressed to Md. Z. Rahaman, learned advocate on record of the appellant and the same be kept with the record.

In view of the above submission, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

All pending applications, if any, are accordingly dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
