Records of the writ petition reflects that the M/L. No.146 Rakib petitioner was aggrieved as the information furnished on 06.03.2024 to the Officer-in-Charge of Pathar Pratima Police Station was not acted upon by the concerned police authorities as well as the superior authorities of the said police station.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that an enquiry was conducted in respect of the information so furnished and it revealed that the accusations so made fall within the jurisdiction of Gobardhanpur Coastal Police Station. Accordingly the petitioner was requested to inform the Gobardhanpur Coastal Police Station. Having regard to the fact that the substantial time has lapsed since the information was furnished to the police authorities, I am of the opinion that in case inconveniences are still faced by the petitioner, he would inform to the concerned police station for taking appropriate steps in accordance with law. To that effect, if required, a fresh representation be submitted before the said police station.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9957 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
