This matter is running in the list since 09.11.2022. None appeared on the last occasion. This matter is running in the list since 9th November, 2022. Despite several directions none appeared and the matter is taken up for passing order on the basis of materials available on record. This revisional application is preferred on 25th March, 2015 by the petitioner challenging the order dated 22nd September, 2014 passed by the learned 4th Judicial Magistrate, Howrah in Misc. Execution No. 75 of 2011 arising out of Misc. Case No.

194 of 2011, wherein learned Magistrate ordered to issue warrant of arrest against revisionist, when he failed to comply his order to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month on the regular basis to O.P/Wife/Respondent No.2, on the compliance of order passed in CRR 1014 of 2015 on 31st March, 2015 by Co-ordinate Bench. Petitioner i.e. the respondent no.2 refused to receive Rs. 3,000/- as huge amount of arrear of maintenance became due against him. In this premises learned 4th Judicial Magistrate, Howrah ordered to issue warrant of arrest against the revisionist. Which does not suffer from any irregularity.

The instant revision along with the CRAN 1894 of 2015 are dismissed.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
