Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

Accordingly, the application, being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 4731 of 2020), is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in pouring poison into the mouth of the minor victim, who had to be hospitalized, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
