Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition an information was received by the petitioner that the Central Vigilance Officer, Eastern Coal Field Limited has registered a complaint. Learned advocate submits that the complaint number is 83268/2024.

Having considered that the Chief Vigilance Officer, Eastern Coal Field Limited have taken steps, it would be now for the Chief Vigilance Officer to assess regarding the culpability of any offence having been made out or not and thereafter inform the authorities responsible for investigation, if at all required.

No further directions are required at his stage to be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 9943 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
