Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been addressed and redressed and the disputes have been referred to the arbitrator for adjudication under Section 102 of the West Bengal Societies Act, 2006. A copy of such communication is kept on record.

2. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 9602 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

3. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
