1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of witnesses show petitioners had assaulted the victim with a knife on his chest.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

5. C.R.M. (A) No. 1303 of 2024 is dismissed.
