Record of the revisional application reflects that there was no interim order restraining the proceedings before the learned court below and the revisional application is pending since the year 2011.

As none appeared on behalf of the State, Ms. Sharma who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, was directed to appear in this matter for rendering assistance to this court. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. Having regard to the contention so advanced in the revisional application, I am of the view that the same relates to question of facts which are to be gone into at the stage of trial. No interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 1410 of 2011 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
