The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 31.05.2011 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Purulia in Criminal Revision No. 40 of 2008 wherein the learned sessions court was pleased to reverse the order dated 03.09.2008 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Purulia in Misc. Case No. 13 of 2007.

Earlier Mr.

Abhra Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no.1 submitted before the Court that the opposite party no.1 has expired. Consequently a report was called for from the Officer-in-Charge, Manbazar Police Station, Purulia.

Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report of the Officer-in-Charge, Manbazar Police Station which reflects that the opposite party no.1 has expired. To that effect, a photostat copy of the death certificate of the opposite party no.1 has been enclosed. Let the said report dated 25.07.2021 be kept with the record.

In view of the aforesaid, the wife/petitioner, who approached this Court against the order of the learned sessions court, is directed to opt for other remedies available under the law.

So far as the present revisional application is concerned, the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 1317 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
