Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that 11.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.11 Rakib unnecessarily the private respondents are interfering and disturbing with the peaceful enjoyment of property of the petitioner who happens to be a lady aged about 71 years.

State has submitted a report. Proceedings have been drawn up under Sections 107/116 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

As enquired by the police authorities there are presently no problem, however, having considered the age and the issue relating to property and there may be a strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, I direct that in case the petitioner complains to the police authorities, police authorities would oversee that no untoward incident results and/or any breach of the peace

and/or tranquility arises because of such strained relationship.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9162 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
