1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are some incurable defects in the application for anticipatory bail. As such the petitioners would not like to place the same.

2. In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.

3. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners from filing an appropriate application for anticipatory bail afresh and on the self-same grounds.

4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
