Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of allegations and as allegation of attempt to commit murder is not supported by any documentary evidence, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely, (1) Surajit Sarkar, (2) Nilkamal Sarkar, (3) Ashalata Sarkar and (4) Kalpana Sarkar @ Chandana Sarkar be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further

condition that the petitioner no. 1 shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 6235 of 2020 is disposed of.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRM 4750 of 2020) is disposed of.
