Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, viz. Om Prakash Khaitan has expired during the pendency of this revisional application. To that effect, a photostat copy of death certificate of the petitioner has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Let the same be kept with the record. In view of the aforesaid fact coming to the knowledge of the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned advocate for the petitioner does not intend to pursue the instant revisional application. As such, the revisional application being CRR 1415 of 2011 is dismissed as not pressed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
