Sambit Sinha v. State Of West Bengal
24.09.2021 sb CRR 1416 of 2011 (Via video conference) Sambit Sinha Vs.
State of West Bengal & Anr.
Ms. Baisali Basu ...for the State The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Asansol (south) Police Station being F.I.R. no. 332 of 2008 dated 9.12.2008. As none appears for the petitioner and for the State. Ms. Baisali Basu who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter for rendering assistance to this court. The records of the revisional application reflects that there was no interim order restraining the proceedings before the learned court below. No information has been furnished today regarding the present stage of the proceedings, I have considered the contention so advanced in the revisional application and I am of the view that the same relates to the question of facts which are to be agitated on the course of the trial. No interference is called for.
Accordingly, CRR 1416 of 2011 is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
