Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (CRAN 4760 of 2020) is disposed of.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is a domestic dispute and his wife is eloped with another person out of grudge.

Learned lawyer for the State submits that she has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor categorically implicating the petitioner in the act of penetrative sexual assault.

We are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus rejected.
