Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there has been recovery of contraband of commercial quantity from the possession of this petitioner and as such he has differently placed from those who have granted bail.

We have perused the materials on record and we are of the opinion that petitioner has not been able to overcome the rigors of Section 37 of NDPS Act. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. CRM 6251 of 2020 is disposed of.
