In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the 15 years old victim recorded before the learned Magistrate and the statements of her cousin brother and independent witnesses, I do not think this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 1399 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
