Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being IA No: IA No: CRAN/1/2020 (Old No: CRAN 4767 of 2020) is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in subjecting a female colleague to sexual harassment including sexual assault against her will, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
