Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others had committed robbery. Stolen article was recovered from the petitioner and he has been identified in T. I. Parade examination.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
