1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show victim had been tortured at her matrimonial home by the petitioners. She was found with a ligature mark around her neck. She was shifted to hospital where she died.

3. Considering the involvement of the petitioners in the unnatural death of the housewife, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.
