And In the matter of : Chandan Halder & Ors.

..... petitioner Mr. Shatarup Purkayastha Ms. Madhu Jana ........for the petitioner The petitioner undertakes to appropriately stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The incident occurred on 10th August, 2020. It was a result of gang rivalry. From the submissions made it does not appear that any grievous hurt was caused before it.

None of the victims is in hospital.

In any event, the police has not arrested the petitioners till date.

In that view of the matter this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Subject to the above, in the event of arrest the petitioner will be released on bail upon furnishing security of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each together with personal released

bond of equivalent value each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.

The petitioner will also comply with the conditions laid down Section 438 (2) of the Code.

CRM No. 6256 of 2020 is disposed of.
