Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents has obtained instruction from the Superintendent, Dum Dum Central Correctional Home on 7th July, 2025 mentioning that the petitioners have been confirmed about their Bangladeshi nationality and they have been repatriated to their native country after completion of the sentence imposed by the learned Trial Court.

In view of submission no further issue remains to be decided in the writ petition. The same stands disposed of.

The communication made by the Superintendent, Dum Dum Central Correctional Home to the Officer-in-Charge, Law Cell, Directorate of Correctional Services dated 9th July, 2025 is taken on record. 4.
