1. The petitioners who are 22 in number are stated to be the residents of a particular village where the 8th respondent's school is located. The grievance of the petitioner is that the school had one guest teacher by name Mr. Swapan Kumar Das who was appointed by the ad hoc committee by order dated 30.08.2018 and on and from 31.03.2023, the said guest teacher is not reporting to the school and the writ petitioner came to know from a reliable source that his service has been terminated. It is not clear as to on what basis service of the said guest teacher was terminated by the 8th respondent.

2. However, this being the dispute between the management of the said institution and the guest teacher, we do not wish to enter into that arena and all that we are concerned with is that the school should not be without a teacher.

3. Therefore, we direct the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to immediately take action and ensure that a preliminary arrangement is made and a teacher is appointed to the 8th

respondent's school either by the authorities themselves or by directing the 8th respondent to appoint such a teacher till regular recruitment is done for filling up the vacant post. This direction should be complied with within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
