Petitioner complains that he is being interfered with and disturbed in pisciculture at the part of the property wherein he has rearing the fish. To that effect inspite of informing the police authorities no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that four cases have already been registered, out of which charge-sheet has been submitted in two of the cases and in rest of the cases investigation is still under progress. A proceeding under Section 126 of BNSS has also been drawn on or about 25.04.2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submit that the private respondents are also involved in pisciculture but they had never interfered with the part of the property which belongs to the petitioner

and had been concentrating on the pisciculture in respect of the portion assigned to them.

Police authorities have also drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS, police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9274 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
