The daughter-in-law and the son are represented today.

It is submitted that the daughter-in-law had lodged a complaint which has resulted in an FIR, and Charge Sheet No. 277 of 2022 has been filed by the Golabari Police.

It is expected that the charge sheet is put to committal as expeditiously as possible and trial commences. The daughter-in-law is stated to be living with her mother. She comes to visit her husband from time to time and their relations are sound.

The O. C., Golabari Police Station shall ensure that the son is suitably cautioned against any inconvenience to the mother at his instance.

Counsel for the son is present in Court and submits that he has never caused any harm to his mother and is taking care of her.

The O. C., Golabari Police Station shall ensure that the son takes care of the mother. The petitioner, in turn, will ensure that she does not create any inconvenience to anybody else.

The O. C., Golabari Police Station shall maintain strict vigil on the premises and attend only to genuine and substantial complaints.

Personal presence of the O. C., Golabari Police Station is dispensed with.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
