Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2020 (old no. 4775 of 2020) is disposed of.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that they are in-laws of the victim housewife and have been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that victim housewife suffered homicidal death.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners resided with the victim housewife who suffered homicidal death. There are materials to show that the victim was assaulted by the

petitioners over demand of dowry. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
