The petitioners complain violation of an interim order passed by the Court. The writ petition is pending final disposal.

Learned advocate representing the contemnor seeks extension of time for affidavit in the contempt application which was filed in April 2021 and considerable time has elapsed in the meantime. 3.

This Bench is of the opinion that the petitioners ought to proceed with the matter for final disposal before the Bench having determination.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the contempt application and it will be

open for the petitioners to agitate all issues before the Court taking up hearing of the writ petition. 6.
