R. Case No. 1634 of 2012 was disposed of on 29.01.2021 and the accused persons have been acquitted under Section 248(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the said report be kept on record. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

The Petitioner as well as opposite party No.2,3, 5 are present in Court today. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.
