The petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by this Court by an order dated December 9, 2020, passed in C.R.M. 10101 of 2020. Since then, we see no apparent change of circumstances. We also notice from the Case Diary that the petitioner was identified by two eye-witnesses. The charge is grave. The other co-accused persons are all behind the bars. We are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the application for bail being C.R.M. 3626 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, we request the learned trial Court to proceed with and conclude the trial as soon as the business of the Court may permit.
