2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that, the husband of the petitioner in respect of whom the writ petition relates to returned to the house.

3. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner lodged the complaint with the police.

4. Since the husband of the petitioner returned, no further order need be passed in the present writ petition.

5. WPA (H) 40 of 2026 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
