Madhusudan Sur, learned advocate and Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appear for the State, are directed to represent the State. Their appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to pursue the instant revisional application as the petitioner has expired. To that effect, photostat copy of the death certificate of the petitioner has been handed over. Let the same be kept on record. In view of the prayer advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner for not pressing this application, the revisional application being CRR 1258 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
