The petitioner is aggrieved by investigating into FIR being No. RC 0102017 A0010 dated April 16, 2017 under the provisions of the IPC and the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Counsel for the CBI submits that initially a charge sheet had been filed in 2021 in which the petitioner was not an accused.

Further investigation is on and supplementary charge sheet has been filed.

It is directed that the further investigation be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 4 months from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
